ABOUT

About Me

I care less about the model that wins the benchmark and more about the one that survives contact with a real operation.

Hey! I'm Vanshaj, an AI Implementation Engineer in Axestrack's AI Labs team, working on the part of AI that decides whether any of it was worth building — the rollout.

Axestrack runs a digital logistics platform used across fleet, yard and transport operations, so the systems I work on are wired into vehicles, trips and exceptions that are moving right now. That changes the job: the interesting problems are integration, messy data, latency, and the gap between a model that scores well and one that an operations team will actually trust.

I like being the person who stays with a feature past launch — through the edge cases, the retraining, and the unglamorous work of making sure it is still being used three months later.

Applied AI

Choosing the model that fits the constraint, not the one that scores best on a benchmark nobody deployed.

Integration

Wiring intelligence into systems that already exist — APIs, data streams, and the workflows people actually use.

Delivery

Owning the unglamorous half: validation, edge cases, rollout, and the support that makes adoption stick.

Domain Depth

Fleet and logistics operations, where data is messy, latency matters, and a wrong call costs a real trip.
